Q:  What time will the CE Workshops begin and end?

A:  The workshops will run from 9:00am to 4:00pm on Wednesday and Sunday, with a one hour lunch break.  Individuals must register separately for these workshops (see CE Workshops page for more information).

Q:  What equipment will be available for paper and symposia presenters?

A:  Overhead projectors will be provided in each room for presenters.  Unfortunately, slide projectors and LCD projectors will not be available.  Presenters wishing to use such devices should make arrangements to bring this equipment with them to Scottsdale.

Q:  What dimensions should I use for my poster presentation?

A:  Posters should be no larger than 46" x 46".

Q:  Does my registration for the Continuing Education Workshops include or cover my registration for AP-LS Conference and social events?

A:  No, registration for the AP-LS Conference and the Continuing Education Workshops are separate, although AP-LS members enjoy a discount to the workshops should they elect to attend them.  Only persons who have registered for the AP-LS Conference will be admitted to the associated sessions and social events.

Q:  Can I get Continuing Education credit for attending the AP-LS scientific sessions that are held Thursday afternoon through Sunday at noon?

A:  No, Continuing Education credit is only offered for the three workshops offered on Wednesday before the meeting begins and Sunday afternoon.
