Florida International University's ASLA Student Chapter seeks to create a key link between education and professional practice. The chapter, comprised of an organized body of students at the graduate level, lends members the opportunity to meet with Landscape Architecture professionals, learn about the activities of the ASLA National Chapter, and gain an understanding of the opportunities of the profession. Our chapter, like all student chapters, is encouraged to participate in the Society's annual meetings, seminars, and student affiliate membership programs. Student chapters are encouraged to communicate with each other, exchanging ideas for programs and activities, to further advance the visibility of the profession and complement the educational endeavors and program at their institution.
