Symposia or Panel Presenters:

Presenters in Symposium or Panel Sessions should plan for 12-15 min presentations.  Chairs of sessions will be asked to monitor the length of presentations, and to coordinate time for questions either briefly following each presentation or at the conclusion of all presentations.  Presentations should be given in the order provided for in the conference program -- this assists attendees who may wish to view a particular presentation.  Overhead projectors will be provided in each room.  A limited number of slide projectors and VCR/Monitors will be available and must be requested in advance. Unfortunately, laptops and LCD projectors will not be provided at the conference.  Presenters who would like to use such devices should make arrangements to bring this equipment with them.
