Call up the record in WedLuis and use the jpeg hotlink to open the image. Then save an image of a page of the document to your C drive by right clicking on the image of the page itself. You'll get a dropdown box from which you should select the option: Save Image As.
Save it in the folder called My Pictures and give it a name you can remember so that you can delete it later on. [You'll get a box showing that the file has been 100% saved. Just close that box.]
You will notice that another icon has appeared at the bottom of your screen indicating that another program has opened. The icon looks to me like a file folder with a couple of pictures displayed on the cover. Click on the icon and you will see your image saved as a square box with a Microsoft Windows symbol in the middle and the name of your file below.
Right click on this box. Select Properties. Within Properties, select the Summary tab. There you will find listed Color Representation. This will probably say True Color RGB but it might say Grayscale.
