Gold Coast is a city located in the south east corner of Queensland, Australia. It is the second most populous city in the state and the seventh most populous city in the country. Gold Coast extends from the most northern suburb of Beenleigh on the southern fringe of Logan City, south to Coolangatta situated on the New South Wales border. The city is renowned for its sunny subtropical climate, world-class beaches, waterfront properties, wide array of tourist attractions and long, high-rise-dominated skyline with many luxury hotels, making it one of Australia's premier holiday destinations.
Beaches - The Gold Coast consists of 57 kilometres of coastline with some of the most famous beaches in Australia including, Broadbeach, Burleigh Heads, Currumbin, Greenmount, Kirra, The Spit and Main Beach, Mermaid Beach, South Stradbroke Island, Surfers Paradise and Tallebudgera.

Theme parks - The Gold Coast is Australia's theme park capital, with three major parks offering thrills, spills and excitement There's adrenalin sports - from bungy jumping and parasailing to abseiling. And, a number of wildlife parks giving you the chance to meet some colourful Australians such as rainbow lorikeets, kangaroos, wallabies and reptiles.
