Specific accomplishments for each year of the project and dates to be completed are located in the Planning Table that follows. More general accomplishments for each of the three years are listed as follows:

At the end of year one:

• Specific plans for language emersion will be in place for students traveling across the Atlantic.
• Semester courses will be developed and faculty members will be assigned to teach specific modules.
• Arrangements will be completed for traveling students to be matriculated into the university and live in their host country.

At the end of year two:

• Two students from each university will have crossed the Atlantic and will have completed the semester's core course work and leadership seminar.
• The year's work will have been evaluated by students, faculty and an evaluation consultant and course work and clinical placements modified, if necessary, for students studying during the third year.

At the end of year three:

• Three additional students from each university will have crossed the Atlantic and completed the semester's course work and leadership seminar.
• The project will have been evaluated by participating faculty, students, and the evaluation consultant in terms of strengths and weakness.
• Plans for continuing the project in each university after the grant period will have been
