| Text: | Kerr, JB. (1999) Atlas of Functional Histology. N.B. Students will be working in pairs and thus may wish to save money by buying a single text and sharing. The text will not be required for the first lab.

| About the course: | Cell Biology Laboratory (PCB 4023L) is divided into two portions. The first part introduces the student to the principles of microscopy and the fundamentals of histological identification. The second portion introduces the student to some basic methods of cell analysis.
|
| N.B. Your lab grade will comprise 25% of your final grade in PCB 4023 (Cell Biology). Successful completion of the lab portion will fulfill one of the four labs required for the B.S. in Biological Sciences.

Make-up examinations: No make-up examinations will be given.
College of Arts and Sciences Policy on Incompletes: In order to obtain an incomplete grade the majority of the work in the course must be completed. In order to obtain an incomplete, an Assignment of Incomplete Grade Form must be filled out with the instructor prior to the end of the semester. Work to complete the grade must be done within 30 days of the end of the semester otherwise a grade computed from completed work will be submitted.
