Formal recruitment is a week designed for women to visit all seven sororities. Throughout the week you will have the opportunity to speak with sisters about their sororities and become familiar with their values, ideals and activities. There are four nights in which you will visit the sorority chapters. Each night a mutual selection is made as you decide which sororities you wish to continue seeing. We encourage all women to sign up for formal recruitment and we look forward to seeing you there!

Delta Phi Epsilon is one of the largest sororities at FIU. This organization motivates its sisters to become well-rounded and successful women in an ever-changing world. Not only do we want our sisters to excel academically, we wish for them to develop in all areas such as leadership and sportsmanship. We uphold a high standard for our sisters which will be instilled during the new member process. DPhiE also follows the university’s strict no hazing policy. We hope your daughter finds a home away from home with Delta Phi Epsilon.
