Corrections:
1. On p. 202, it should be 2.5% of the area shaded in the two areas beyond 1.96, not 25%. Thanks to Ronald Dugan of The College of St. Rose for noticing this. It is correct in the first edition and we should have it fixed in a forthcoming print of the book.
