Instructions for Submitting Event to Calendar
The following URL will lead you to a form to fill-in to submit an event for review see instructions below:

Submit an event
Select "Login / Submit an Event" found on the left menu. Login using the username "guest" and password "password"
Note: any line that has bold, you must fill in blank.

Select date, only after checking what time is available in that month.

Select starting time and ending time of your event. Note: make sure you select correct a.m. or p.m

Go to Event Title – 1st type in instrument needed. If using SEM, please type in EDS if needed and very short description of your project.

Description – state your contact info – such as lab phone, cell phone, etc. Students please state your advisor’s name, your name and email

Submit new event

We will follow this up with an email requesting that if you need any carbon or sputter coating that you make arrangements prior to your event.
