First anniversary of the entrance of the boat "Democracia" into Cuban waters.

To: Rescue the "RIGHT" to enter "FREELY" in "OUR COUNTRY."
To: Seal our obligation with those who've fallen in the struggle for DEMOCRACY.
To: Remember the 13 of July as "THE DAY OF CUBAN GENOCIDE!!!"

When: SATURDAY July 13, 1996. Where: Departing from Key West (A&B MARINA) To arrive at 12 miles off the Cuban coast.

Hacia 12 millas de las costas CUBANAS.
