Because of a wire service error, an item in Friday's Herald inaccurately reflected Luis Zuñiga's appearance before the U.N. Human Rights Commission. Zuñiga, of the Nicaraguan delegation, read a statement condemning Cuba's human rights record, over the protests of the Cuban delegation.
