The lender/artist agrees to the following terms: |

1.
Each object is
received in good condition unless otherwise noted. No objects will be
exhibited which might be unsafe or cause damage to the Gallery. |

2.
Object(s) shall
be insured during the period of this loan for the value stated on this loan
agreement. Note: Insured value may not be the same as
sales price. It is understood that
the burden of proof for insured value lies on the artist/lender and that, in the
event that a claim needs to be filed, it may be required of the artist/lender
to provide documentation that supports the insured value stated on this loan
agreement. |

3. Object(s)
SHALL NOT be removed during
exhibition. |

4.
Object(s) may
be photographed by GC Art Gallery staff, for record and publicity purposes. |
