Turabian Music Citation Guide or

Citing Music Sources by Lisa Philpott of the Univeristy of Western Ontario. The latter is also an excellent guide to rules about other stylistic music-writing conventions. For example, when to use quotations marks or italics in titles of musical compositions.

For music education majors, you will want to consult Cornell University - APA Citation Style for a guide to APA style formats.
