Duties and Responsibilities:
I. Sushi Maki University
Your first duty will be to complete all educational modules of our proprietary management training program which encompasses both front-of-house and back-of-house training.

II. General Manager of Individual Restaurant
Upon successful completion of Sushi Maki University's 8 week program, you will be responsible for:
1) Ensuring 100% Guest Satisfaction
2) Full P&L responsibility for restaurant
3) Comprehensive enforcement of quality, sanitation and operational systems, standards and performance
4) Recruiting, Hiring, Training, Evaluating (performance reviews) and Retaining of employees
5) Store-level Training Modules and Programs
6) Ensuring all activities involving sales and marketing efforts are executed at the store level
7) Develop the professional skills of managers and head sushi chefs
8) Execution of menu changes and other program roll-outs
9) Restaurant Sales Growth
10) Development of annual restaurant budgets and marketing plans

COMPENSATION/ BENEFITS PLAN:
- Base Salary: $36,000 to $40,000  - commiserate with professional experience (probationary period of three months)
- Health Benefits: Individual coverage per company plan
- Restaurant cash flow incentive plan
- Vacation: 1 week for the first year (6 month holding period). 2 weeks thereafter.

Job Description
Responsible for the successful culinary operation under the direction of the Director or District Manager.
