Hudson's Online Help, Calculus II:
Calculus
Exams from previous semesters.
Integration
(Ch 5)
If you are rusty on Trig, Calc I or Logic:
Trig Values
(4-6 short pages, plus a quiz. A fairly complete review)
Trig and
Limits (viewed on the circle) for early Calc I,
Trig Review
(this was a web experiment, but might be of use)
Logic and Proofs
(intended for another course, but maybe helpful)
A Velocity Example
(for Calc I)
The web pages above are home-made attempts to make Calculus II a little easier for you. Unfortunately, I don't get much specific feedback about them, but please feel free to tell me what you think.
How to use the Web Site: Most students get used to it pretty fast. You should read the Policy page at the beginning of the term, print out and read the Syllabus, and scan the rest of the Calculus II pages. You can print the HW page, if you want, but it is subject to change. During the term you will mainly use the Exam Page and the HW pages. That is where I will post any news about the course, such as a change in the HW lists, etc (I will also generally announce this info in class).
Some of the less critical web pages have been carried over from Spring 2002. These may refer to chapters and page numbers of the previous book (by Anton, 6th Ed). So, you may see a few things that aren't relevant to you - but you can email me and I'll update that stuff.
