This is the Sierpinski Gasket, which has connections to Linear Algebra, Fractals, etc. It is also Pascal's Triangle [if you remove the even numbers, rotate it, and stand WAY back]

Combinatorics Exams

* I taught MAD 4203 previously in 1994, just before the Age of Computers, so I don't have any old exams online.
* Here is a sampling of Discrete Math questions from some of my previous courses.
* You can also find my old MAC 2312 (Calculus 2) exams online, if you just want to check out my exam style, but these were meant for the full period, and your quizzes will only take about 20 minutes each.
* I like True-False questions. If I have some time, and if you express interest, I may write some TF practice questions for you this semester and post them here.
* The problems on these two exams might be good practice for Quiz 2:

GaTech Exam (skip the problems on p.o. sets and gcd's for now)

Brualdi Exam (you can also find his main page, with photos, errata, etc)

Summer A, 2008 Quizzes. These links should work a few days after each exam. I usually include brief answers and a rough scale.

Quiz 1
Quiz 2
Quiz 3
Quiz 4
Quiz 5

Nothing yet, but if I decide to write any TF, I will probably post them here. I have posted a link to some HW answers at the bottom of the syllabus.
