PASSKEY ONLINE REGISTRATION SYSTEM

I have not had the opportunity to utilize the Passkey program, however I feel that this could be a really useful tool.  As an event planner, it can become frustrating when I turn a rooming list into a hotel with specific instructions, and then when my group arrives, the hotel has put some of my guests in the wrong rooms or they have charged their credit cards for the room and tax when I requested that to be charged to the master account.  I think that Passkey would help to eliminate this headache.  If I am able to go directly into the hotel's rooming system with real-time capabilities, then I can assign each guest's room directly into the hotel's system.  This way, I am reassured that I get everything I requested.  I look forward to the opportunity to try this program in the future.
