Requirements:

Attendance is required for all chemistry graduate students. Please notify me in advance to be excused.

Hosting seminar:

1) Post an announcement of the seminar on FIU Univmail announcements;

2) Be sure PCA180 is open by 10:30 am if possible

3) Prepare coffee start by 10:30 am, cookies

4) Inventory supplies (keep a list)

5) Email all the graduate students and remind them of the seminar and supply a brief outline of the research interests and list of publications from the speaker, if available an abstract of the talk.

Questions:

Try your best to ask questions. Each student should be prepared to ask at least one question for each seminar.
