Employee of the Month August 1998

It gives me great pleasure to announce that Robert Capuano, STLA in the Serials Section of the Bibliographic Control Department, is our Employee of the Month for August. Robert has been in his current position since June, 1966; previously, he had spent two hears as half-time Evening and Circulation Weekend Supervisor, and over four years as OPS student assistant.

In the words of his supervisor, "Robert is a creative, dependable, courteous, and knowledgeable employee. He carries out his duties thoroughly and accurately, and works well with his colleagues, supervisors, and student assistants." He has served as Treasurer of the North Campus Library Staff Association, and has done a superb job in the planning and preparation of several staff functions. Through his dedication, he has contributed to library services and collections at North Campus in a number of ways.
