Employee of the Month January 2001

I am pleased to announce that our employee of the month for January is Aida Lucas, Senior Library Technical Assistant, in the Record Creation Unit of Collection Management. Following service as OPS employee in Record Creation, she joined the ranks of USPS in November, 1997.

Marcy Bonanno, her supervisor, reports, "Aida is dependable, works extremely hard and is very proficient in her job. She is enthusiastic and always ready to tackle new projects. Recently, during a period of transition, Aida assumed many responsibilities previously performed by her supervisor. " Thanks in part to her willingness and dedication, the Unit has been able to provide the required support for Acquisitions and Cataloging.
