Employee of the Month March 2001

I am pleased to announce that our Employee of the Month for March is Jude Cobham, Library Technical Assistant Supervisor, Circulation Section, BBC Library. He has been Circulation Night Supervisor since November, 1998.

According to his immediate supervisor, Jude uses his excellent public relations and customer service skills to help ensure patron satisfaction evenings at Biscayne Bay Campus Circulation Desk. She continues, "His patience, attentive manner and problem-solving ability have won him an outstanding reputation with both patrons and colleagues. Jude has an exemplary record for attendance and punctuality. His reliability and flexibility have proven to be key factors in serving patrons into the wee hours at BBC."
