Employee of the Month November 2003

It is my pleasure to inform you that the library Employee of the Month for November is Lily Alfonso, Senior Secretary in the office of the Director since October, 2000. During that time, Lily has become increasingly at home with a wide variety of questions and challenges that find their way to the office.

Duties and responsibilities include ordering library equipment, supplies, credit card purchases, and foundation transactions. She also charts OPS budget expenditures by department. Importantly, she has established an excellent working relationship with University Purchasing, the Controllers Office, and departments within Green Library.

An extra added bonus is her friendly and positive attitude that contributes so much to making her an asset to the Administrative Office. Congratulations, Lily!
