Employee of the Month September 2002

Our Employee of the Month for September is Gaile May, Senior Library Technical Assistant, BBC Library Reader Services Department. Gaile has been a full-time member of the library staff since 1995.

Her primary responsibilities include hiring, training, and supervising of student assistants; maintaining microforms equipment; and general reference desk service. She also takes care of scheduling and supplies. According to her supervisor Scott Kass, "Gaile continues to provide indispensable support to the daily operations of the Reader Services Department above and beyond the call of duty. She is always of good cheer. I don't know what I would do without her."
