5) Characterize your favorite Cascade Range volcano.
6) Describe individual case histories Mount Saint Helens, the Island of Hawaii, the Popocatepetl Volcano. A view of the Popocatepetl as a potential natural disaster.
7) Distinguish the degree of hazardous of each volcanic type.
8) Explain the concept of volcanic activity and distinguish between active, dormant and extinct volcanoes.
9) Discuss the usefulness in urban development of knowing the volcanic activity.
10) What is the potential threat to our area of volcanic activity? Explain.
11)Compare the volcanic activity in Yellowstone and the Island of Hawaii. Noting similarities and differences.
