Cardinalate. Created cardinal priest of S. Maria in Trastevere in 1075 (1). On October 11, 1075, he signed a private document using his cardinalitial title. The documents of the monastery of Ss Cosma e Damiano in Mica Aurea, dated on November 6, 1075, April 1076, February 12, 1078 and April 3, 1078, attest that he was its rector and dispensator. During his tenure, a lease on the Castro Orciano, in the area of Collina, was completed. At his behest, Scriniaro Gerardus produced a copy of a private document (948/49). In June 1079, monk Nicola appears as rector of the monastery, indicating that Cardinal Falco probably died prior to that time.
