Education. Entered the Order of Saint Benedict (Benedictines) in the monastery of S. Clemente in Cassaure.

Priesthood. Ordained (no further information found). Subdeacon of the Holy Roman Church. He was elected abbot of the monastery of S. Clemente in Cassaure in December 1152.

Cardinalate. Created cardinal deacon in the consistory of Saturday March 21, 1170, celebrated in Veroli; his deaconry is unknown. Attended the Third Lateran Council in 1179.

Death. 1182, (no place found). Buried in the basilica of S. Erasmo, Veroli; an inscription in that church commemorates the cardinal (1).
