Birth. (No date found), Casasco, Piedmont. He is also listed as Tommaso di Casasco. He was called the Piedmontese Cardinal.

Education. Entered the Order of Preachers (Dominicans) in Chieri. Magister in theology.

Priesthood. Ordained (no further information found). Provincial of his order in Lombardy. Inquisitor of the faith. Confessor of Duke Amedeo di Savoia (1).

Cardinalate. Created pseudocardinal priest of S. Sabina in the consistory of May 30, 1382. He entered the Avignon curia on November 14, 1383. He authored Sermons and several diverse works.

Death. June 17, 1390, Avignon. Buried (no information found).

Restituta e della cappella del tesoro di s. Gennaro (Napoli: Tipografico di G. Gioja, 1861), does not mention him at all among the archbishops of that see.
