The "Go to alpha list" button is aligned to the left side of the single, 2-column spanning cell.   When clicked on, the screen moves up until the A-Z list at the top of the page is visible.   This allows a user to easily navigate to different indexed points. When information is added in these cells, the "Top of Page" buttons will move to the left side of the single, 2-column spanning cell.
If you increase the number of cells in any row to more than two (2), you will need to increase the COLSPAN attribute in all of the alphabetical tags to the maximum number of cells per row.  This can be done with a simple "find and replace" search that replaces COLSPAN=2 with Colspan equalling whatever number of cells you wish.
