3.  A ruling/event/news item related to the subject matter of this course that happened within the last 7 days.

4.  At least 3 cases where courts ruled against prayer at public school events.

5.  The court case that touched off the US legislature’s hurried passage of the RFRA, and the major issue addressed in that case.
