& Aging Course Syllabi Directory
This
list of syllabi, for both undergraduate and graduate courses, has been
compiled to aid faculty in developing courses in nutrition and aging.
Faculty currently teaching and those interested in developing courses
in nutrition and aging can use these syllabi to help enrich their course
offerings. Faculty are invited to submit or update their syllabi for

a thesis project by Lauren Rhee, staff member at the Center.
The
Association for Gerontology in Higher Education offers research, instructional,
and service programs to enhance the capacities of institutions of higher
education in the field of aging and to help make their resources available
to benefit the wider community and society.
