            PREREQUISITE:  PreCalculus, or both College Algebra and Trigonometry (C or better)
                        A student who does not have a good working knowledge of  PreCalculus, or
                        College Algebra & Trigonometry, has little chance of succeeding in this course.

           EXAM POLICY:
          1.  For each exam you will be required to bring your student ID and a blue exam booklet
               (SIZE: 8"x11" - available from the F.I.U. bookstore).
          2.  A make-up test for Exam #1 will be given only there is a verifiable case of illness or
               emergency.
  If you miss Exam 2 or 3 for one of these reasons that test will be discounted.
          3.  Religious holidays may be accommodated if I am notified in the first 2 wks of classes.
          4.  Any misconduct will be reported and dealt with according to the Code of Student
               Conduct in the Student Handbook.  Please familiarize yourself with it.
          5.  All cell phones and beepers must be silenced in class.  (Vibrate mode is allowed.)
          6.  Attendance is mandatory, if you attend less than 60% of the classes you will get an “F”

                     Final Exam (150 points):   MONDAY,     APR.    23rd,  0945am-1145am*
           * The final exam will be comprehensive.
