Welcome 2010 Peer Advisors

Congratulations to the students selected as the new 2010 Orientation Peer Advisors!
Excitement arises every year in October, when application packets become available and informational meetings are held in order to attract worthy candidates to go through extensive interviews and workshops for the purpose of choosing the most talented students to fill FIU’s Peer Advisor positions.

Peer Advisors represent the best of the best at FIU. Ranging from diverse backgrounds, numerous leadership positions and an immense love for FIU, Peer Advisors are the first contact that new and transfer students have when they arrive for their Orientation. They are rigorously trained to make sure that they know as much as possible about FIU so that they can help make the transition for students, an easy one.

The 2010 Orientation Peer Advisors were announced in early January.
