Graduate Symposium
The Student Affairs Graduate Association (SAGA), along with The Division of Student Affairs and the College of Education, hosted the annual Graduate Symposium for students graduating from the Higher Education Administration program. Nineteen of the graduates attended the event, each bringing several family members and friends to share in the celebration.
Each of the students was “hooded” in their academic regalia, by the program faculty and Dean Delia Garcia. Three students: Jessica Greenwood, Veronica Gonzalez, and Cinthya Salazar, were invited to share their Capstone research in a short presentation. SAGA executive board members were also recognized for their achievements this past year. This spring’s graduating class included 25 students. This represents the largest graduating class in the history of the program.
