Residential Life Staff Honored
The Residential Life Year-End Banquet was held May 2nd, to recognize the accomplishments and contributions of the Resident Assistants (RAs) and other staff who work in the residence halls and each day, support the success of housing residents. The staff was thanked by Director Lynn Hendricks and the Residence Life Coordinators, for their efforts in building community, engaging students in campus events and activities, mediating conflicts, and generally helping students to have an enjoyable and educational experience. Nheoma “Dawn” Ogali, RA in Panther Hall, was selected as the one RA to give a departing speech to her fellow RAs. Dawn is a second year RA, and spring term graduate. She will start her pursuit of a career in Higher Education by attending graduate school at the University of Connecticut this fall.
We thank all of the Residential Life team for their hard work this year!
