The Department of Housing and Residential Life, together with the FIU Alumni Association, welcomed back approximately 140 Resident Assistants and professional staff members September 19th for the first RA Reunion. The spirited group gathered at Dave & Buster’s at Dolphin Mall for a good time filled with laughs and memories.

The attendees included Resident Assistants, Graduate Assistants, and Residence Life Coordinators from as far back as 1991. John and Robin Bartleman of Weston took the honor of being the most senior RAs (1991-1994) and Von Reya Shaw, Xaila Navarro, and Nicola Alcantara travelled the furthest from  New York City, Mexico, and the Cayman Islands respectively.
