The purpose of this program is to create nurturing, personalized relationships between our female students and faculty, staff and alumnae. These mentoring relationships build institutional connections, foster a sense of belonging, and develop professional networks and skills to assist students in their transition to the workplace or graduate studies. This year’s program has enrolled 57 mentees and 54 mentors between the University Park and Biscayne Bay Campus.

The spring reception provided an opportunity for mentors and mentees to reconnect and for the entire mentoring community to network. Participants engaged in a speed networking activity and a focus group designed to gain feedback from the mentees.
