Biscayne Bay Campus remembers 9/11

For this year’s 11th anniversary of the 9/11 terrorist attacks, the Office of Campus Life held a commemoration ceremony to remember those who lost their lives on that tragic day, as well as to recognize our heroes. To do this, we raised the Flag of Honor with the names of those who lost their lives and presented the Flag of Heroes with the names of those who have been recognized. In the flagpole area, we had easels with different accounts from survivors, as well as pictures of the towers. This was also an area for the moment of silence and for those who wanted some time to reflect. Pins were distributed to all of those who attended and breakfast was served inside Panther Square.
