The Children’s Creative Learning Center at FIU opened a Toddler Program in the Graham Center, Room 169 in August. The program was planned over a year ago and thanks to the Center’s Child Care Access Means Parents in Schools (CCAMPIS) Grant, it became a reality this Fall.
In order to keep pace with the University’s growth, the Center’s Expansion Task Force developed short and long term goals including issues such as space, location and funding. The opening of the Toddler Program fulfills one of their goals and is just the beginning of the Center’s expansion efforts. Feel free to spread the word to anyone you know who may be interested in joining the Toddler Program.
