Student Affairs Annual Tailgate

The Annual Student Affairs Tailgate held October 27, 2012 at FIU Stadium had a tremendous turnout with nearly 70 members of the Student Affairs team. The breezy and cool weather made it a perfect day for students, staff, and alumni to enjoy some hot BBQ, fun games, delicious treats and cold drinks. The annual event was hosted by the Student Affairs Staff Development Committee and supported by the efforts of SAGA.

Several staff and volunteers were working the grill throughout the event, cooking cheeseburgers and hotdogs and many of the guests brought some of their own items. The most popular draw featured BBQ pulled pork sandwiches, homemade guacamole, and cupcakes. In addition to the food, the guests enjoyed some of the featured board games and tailgate games. A special thank you to the Campus Recreation Staff (BBC), who provided assistance with parking, set-up and grilling for the event.
