Student Government Association BBC Lecture Series

On Thursday, March 10, SGA-BBC Lectures Series will conclude with the final speaker of the semester, Fabien Cousteau “The Great Ocean Adventure”. Cousteau is the grandson of the famed explorer, Jacques-Yves. Fabien Cousteau will speak about his ocean exploration and his findings. Following his lecture, there will be a brief question and answer session.

This lecture is the third of the semester that included activist Dan Savage and Hip-Hop/Actor Common. Dan Savage’s Lecture focused on his “Let’s Get Better” Campaign while Common spoke about pursuing one’s passion in life. Both of the lectures brought out great attendance from the local and FIU community.
