A QSL card is a postcard that confirms a two-way radio contact between two Amateur Radio stations.
The exchange of QSL cards between Amateur Radio Operators is an old and highly regarded tradition.
Many collect the QSL Cards for Awards and some just for the memory of a radio contact to a far
away country or island or a special station.
The QSL card confirmation report should include:
Callsign of both stations, Date, Time, Signal Report, Frequency and mode of communications.
The QSL card is also available to SWL stations. SWL stands for Short Wave Listener.
This is anyone that listens to a station over the air using a shortwave receiver.
The same information is requested, except that instead of "two-way" confirmation
you will receive "one-way" SWL confirmation.
To receive a QSL card from WX4NHC, we request that you send your QSL card
or SWL report on any card with an SASE (self addressed stamped envelope) to:
